The room is big and has a nice view. The room is clean. There is a ref inside.

There was a leak near the window. We tried to call the front desk but no answer. After that, the phone kept on ringing, and there's no one answering from the other line (maybe a glitch). The water heater was not working. There is only 1 trash bin (only inside the toilet).

Lots of Bugs

Comfortable bed, new quiet aircon, opening window, short walk to SM Edsa mall, two elevators, breakfast available. Sineage requesting people to be quiet but is ignored, at least they tryed. Didn't use the large TV. Has a fridge and water jug. Shower was good. Researched all the nearby hotels and this one seemed to be the most suitable. Not a quarentine hotel. Fairly typical hotel for this part of the world with a reasonable price. Good enough for what we wanted.

Not very clean and may be extra cost for room cleaning. Probably the most bug infested hotel we have ever stayed in. Some damage to fittings, like other similar places. Construction site opposite. Roadworks between hotel and mall.

Location, close to SM North EDSA and close to fastfood stores

Hygiene and Cleanliness. Bedsheet and Pillow has have stains. There are still trash in the bins. It seems like the place was not cleaned after the last guest. Some lights are also not working and the sofa looks dirty.

Overall, i was kind of disappointed with the service and cleanliness but i could still say it was worth it for its price

I liked how convenient its location is.

Property was kind of dirty, has lots of cockroach. The electric kettle was also dirty and no dishwashing liquid was available to clean it. Staff was not that responsive. I asked for a mug and some utensils and got it the next day.

The room is not well maintained. The linens and covers of bed are not that clean neither smell fresh. Room is not clean and smells bad.

I liked the location.

The room was dirty. There were dirts around the area and the beddings had some shavings of some kind. There were no complimentary slippers provided.

Only the food and the view out of the window.

The services is really bad, dirty pillows no blankets broken switch, slippery floor, dusty, They're stupid putting a hair blower but the outlet is not working and the kettle is not fitting into the outlet, stuff are not responsible, that was a bad experiences ever.
